Emergency Door Needed - Lotinga To The Rescue!
Today a customer called desperate for an emergency door installation to secure their premises after a ram raid. Eight other door companies had informed them it would be 4 to 6 weeks before a new door could be installed. Then they rang us!
At Lotinga, we do not manufacture Sectional Overhead Doors. However; we do make Roller Shutter Doors. The premises had to be secured immediately, as well as, leaving the opening usable. The only option available was to install a roller shutter. The customer was overjoyed at this news and we set to work straight away.
Our engineers are highly trained in manufacturing and installing. Normally we would not put new work in-front of our current work schedule; but, this was a desperate situation and if we can help, we will help.
Within 4 hours our first class engineers had manufactured the emergency door and were with the customer by late afternoon.
Fortunately; a scissor lift was available to use as it was a fairly large door.
The Emergency Door installation of the 3 phase galvanised roller shutter was completed before midnight; above all, the customers' premises was once again secure.
