Door Engineers and New Vehicles
Who would have thought that gaining both qualified engineers and new vans would have become so difficult?
Is anyone else finding it increasingly frustrating trying to get new vehicles?
We placed orders for our replacement vans months before the old ones had to be returned, only to be let down repeatedly because the new vehicles weren't ready.
Ultimately, we have had to change our order and settle for older versions of the original vehicles; they are also not in our corporate colour.
So you will start to see us out and about in different coloured vehicles to our standard dark grey.
In addition, it would appear home working has become the new normal in the UK. You will probably have your own views on whether that is good or bad, but we are experiencing difficulties finding qualified door engineers. Speaking to other companies who use manual workers, it appears we are not alone in that.
The work our engineers carry out is very varied, from welding and fabrication to mechanical and electrical installations.
We have been trading for over 20 years and are family-run and friendly.
